We offer a thorough Initial Cleaning, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Monthly Cleanings, and Maid Services. We also specialize in Move Outs/ Clean Outs, Make Readies, Spring Cleaning, and offer Customized Detail Cleaning or Additional Cleaning.
Initial Cleaning
- Bathrooms: clean and disinfect (tub/ shower, sink, counter top, toilet). Clean outside cupboards and drawers if needed. Clean bottom and base of toilet including floor.
- Kitchen: clean and disinfect (sink and counter top). Clean outside of cupboards and drawers if needed. Clean stove top including drip pans; lift top of stove top and clean if possible. Clean outside of all appliances for example (refrigerator (including top), oven, microwave and dishwasher). Clean inside microwave. Clean outside of appliances on counter top for example (coffee pot and cookie jars).
- Clean all mirrors throughout home.
- Dust all furniture (with polish if needed). Dust picture frames, ceiling fans including lighting fixtures (by hand with sponge or damp towel is an extra cost), window sills and frame of window where lock is. Dust door frames and ledges.
- Vacuum or sweep all floors (including stairs). Mop tile or linoleum floors. Polish wood or laminate floors.
- Clean all baseboards (sweep or by hand if needed); by hand is an extra cost.
- Clean blinds with a duster (by hand with a sponge or damp towel if needed); by hand is an extra cost.
- Clean glass sliding patio doors and glass front door if needed.
- Clean light switches and door knobs.
- Clean inside closets and pantry including shelves.
- Empty Trash cans.
Weekly, Bi-weekly and Monthly Cleanings
Keep up and maintain everything under “Initial Cleaning”. Everything listed will not have to be done at every weekly or bi-weekly cleaning. Maintain as needed.

Move Outs, Clean Outs, Make Readies
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms: (tub/ shower, sink, counter top, toilet) clean inside and outside drawers and cabinets. Clean bottom and base of toilet, including floor
- Clean and disinfect kitchen: (sink and counter top), clean inside and outside drawers and cabinets, clean inside and outside refrigerator (including top), inside and outside dishwasher and oven (clean stove top including drip pans and lift top of oven and clean if possible). Clean behind refrigerator and washer/dryer when requested
- Sweep, mop, and/ or vacuum all floors, including stairs
- Clean baseboards: sweep or wipe by hand when needed; by hand is an extra cost.
- Clean window sills and top of window frames where the lock is.
- Clean blinds with a duster (by hand with a sponge or damp towel if needed); by hand is an extra cost.
- Clean door frames, light switches, and door knobs
- Clean all light fixtures (by hand with sponge or damp towel is an extra cost)
- Clean ceiling fans including light fixtures (by hand with sponge or damp towel is an extra cost)
- Clean all mirrors
- Clean inside closets and pantry including shelves
- Clean glass sliding patio doors and glass front door if needed
- Empty trash cans
